Naborly is an app that employers give their teams. It holds a curated set of benefits from the brands, shops and places we would recommend to a friend, and shows each person the ones that fit them.

## What Naborly does.

We find the partners, agree the terms and keep adding new ones, so nobody at an employer has to run a benefits programme. The employer decides what belongs in front of their team, and each person sees a selection built around what they care about.

Two people at the same company see different benefits. The app covers the things people spend their own time and money on: rest and recovery, training, food and health, an evening out, the home, and how they look and feel.

## How partners join.

Benefit partners are shops, restaurants, studios, clubs and clinics. We check each one first: the quality, the references and what it adds to a good life. A partner chooses what to give, once, and we put it in front of the people it suits across the employers we work with.

Partners pay for results, not for access. There is no setup fee, no platform fee and no minimum.

## Why we built it.

The companies worth working for take responsibility for the whole person, not only the one who turns up at the office.

Naborly was founded by Sander and Hugin. At the companies they used to work for, hardly any of the benefits were worth using, and none of them reached the places where people spend their own time and money.
